The Atoms

"brilliantly energetic" - Rock Sound

"The Atoms are ones to put a smile on your mush and a pogo in your heels" - Vanity Project

The Atoms blend the bubblegum pop of The Beach Boys with the raw energy of 1977 Punk Rock. The band has received a great reception across the UK and Europe already, from a diverse audience of Punk and Indie Kids alike.

The band have been described by the press as 'Crashing Punk head on with indie, they offer up vocals that have all the sneer of the late 70's punk bands, but with 10 times the charm' and 'Little less than pop brilliance'. As part of a Stressed Records compilation, they were also highlighted by the Rocksound as a band with great promise and one to watch out for when unleashed. They have even found their way onto Steve Lamacq's Radio 1 show a few times, not to mention the other stations that have supported them.
